PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING PM VIBES, YOU ("YOU" OR "USER") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE PM VIBES.

1. LICENSE TO USE PM VIBES

Subject to these terms, Productive Mark LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use PM Vibes on your compatible devices. PM Vibes is available as a downloadable desktop application for Windows (.msi) and macOS (.dmg).

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

PM Vibes is a desktop application that provides an interface for managing and organizing development workflows. PM Vibes is designed to work with Claude Code, which is a separate tool developed by Anthropic. Productive Mark LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic in any way.

3. FREE AND PRO VERSIONS

PM Vibes is available in two versions:

  • Free Version: Provides basic functionality at no cost
  • Pro Version: Requires a one-time purchase and provides additional features and capabilities

4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Pro version purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees.

5. USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree that you shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble PM Vibes
  • Share, distribute, or transfer your Pro license to others
  • Use PM Vibes for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent license validation or security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of PM Vibes
  • Use PM Vibes to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

PM Vibes and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Productive Mark LLC. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in PM Vibes, only the right to use it according to these terms.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and can be found at /privacy.

8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

PM Vibes is designed to work with third-party tools including Claude Code. Your use of these third-party tools is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or content of third-party services.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling PM Vibes. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using PM Vibes and delete all copies.

10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

CLI VIBES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRODUCTIVE MARK LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF CLI VIBES.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Productive Mark LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of PM Vibes or violation of these terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of PM Vibes after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chicago, Illinois.
